ލޯކަލް ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިދާރާތައް އުފެއްދެވުން
ޤާނޫނު ނަންބަރު 2010/7 (ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތައް ލާމަރުކަޒީ އުޞޫލުން ހިންގުމުގެ ޤާނޫނު)ގެ ދަށުން، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތައް ލާމަރުކަޒީ އުޞޫލުން ހިންގުމަށްޓަކައި، އުފައްދާފައިވާ އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތަކާއި، ރަށު ކައުންސިލްތަކާއި، ސިޓީ ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ ވާޖިބުތައް އަދާކުރުމަށް އެހީތެރިވެދީ، އިދާރީ ކަންކަން ކުރުމަށްޓަކައި، އެ ޤާނޫނުގެ 127 ވަނަ މާއްދާގައި ބަޔާންކުރާ ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިދާރާތައް، 2011 ފެބްރުއަރީ 21 ވަނަ ދުވަހު އުފައްދަވައިފިކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަން ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ.
އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިދާރާތަކާއި، ރަށު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިދާރާތައް އުފެއްދެވުމުން، ޤާނޫނު ނަންބަރު 2010/7 (ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތައް ލާމަރުކަޒީ އުޞޫލުން ހިންގުމުގެ ޤާނޫނު)ގައިވާ ގޮތުން، އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތައް ނިސްބަތްވާ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތަކުގައި އަތޮޅު އޮފީހުގެ ނަމުގައި ހިނގަމުންދާ އޮފީސްތައް ހިނގަމުންދާނީ އަތޮޅު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިދާރާތަކުގެ ނަމުގައި ކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަން ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. އަދި، ރަށު ކައުންސިލްތައް ނިސްބަތްވާ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތަކުގައި ރަށު އޮފީހުގެ ނަމުގައި ހިނގަމުންދާ އޮފީސްތައް ހިނގަމުންދާނީ ރަށު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިދާރާތަކުގެ ނަމުގައި ކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަން ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ.
މިގޮތަށް ހަމަޖެއްސެވުމުން، އެއް ރަށު އޮފީހަށްވުރެ ގިނަ ރަށު އޮފީސްތައް ހުރި ރަށްރަށުގެ ރަށުއޮފީސްތަކަކީ، އެ ރަށެއް ނިސްބަތްވާ ރަށު ކައުންސިލްގެ އިދާރާގެ ބައެއްކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަން ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. އަދި، ފުވައްމުލަކުގެ 8 އަވަށުން އިންތިޚާބުކޮށްފައިވާ ރަށު ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިދާރާއަކީ މިހާރު ފުވައްމުލަކުގައި ހުރި، ފުވައްމުލަކު ރަށުއޮފީސް ކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަން ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ.
އައްޑޫ ސިޓީ ކައުންސިލްގެ އިދާރާ އުފެއްދެވުމުން، އައްޑުއަތޮޅު އަތޮޅުއޮފީހުގެ ނަމުގައި ހިނގަމުންދާ އޮފީސް ހިނގަމުންދާނީ އައްޑޫ ސިޓީ ކައުންސިލްގެ އިދާރާގެ ނަމުގައި ކަމުގައިދަންނަވަން ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. އަދި، އައްޑުއަތޮޅުގެ ރަށުއޮފީސްތަކުގެނަމުގައި ހިނގަމުންދާ، ސ. ހުޅުދޫ އޮފީހާއި، ސ. މީދޫ އޮފީހާއި، ސ. ހިތަދޫ އޮފީހާއި، ސ. މަރަދޫ އޮފީހާއި، ސ. މަރަދޫފޭދޫ އޮފީހާއި، ސ. ފޭދޫ އޮފީހަކީ، އައްޑޫ ސިޓީ ކައުންސިލްގެ އިދާރާގެ ބައެއްކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަން ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ.
މާލޭ ސިޓީ ކައުންސިލްގެ އިދާރާ އުފެއްދެވުމުން، ޤާނޫނު ނަންބަރު 2010/7 (ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތައް ލާމަރުކަޒީ އުޞޫލުން ހިންގުމުގެ ޤާނޫނު)ގައިވާ ގޮތުން، މާލޭ މުނިސިޕަލްޓީ ހިނގަމުންދާނީ މާލޭ ސިޓީ ކައުންސިލްގެ އިދާރާގެ ނަމުގައިކަމަށްވާތީ، މާލޭ މުނިސިޕަލްޓީގެ ދަށުން ހިނގަމުންދާ އަވަށު އޮފީސްތަކަކީ މާލޭ ސިޓީ ކައުންސިލްގެ އިދާރާގެ ބައެއްކަމުގައި ދަންނަވަން ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ.
މަތީގައިވާ ގޮތުގެމަތީން އުފައްދަވާފައިވާ ކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިދާރާތަކުގެ ލިސްޓާއި، އެކައުންސިލްތަކުގެ އިދާރާތަކުގެ ނަންތައް އިނގިރޭސިބަހުން ބޭނުންކުރާނެ ގޮތުގެ ލިސްޓު ތިރީގައި މިވަނީއެވެ.
