First Lady Sajidha Mohamed has inaugurated the art exhibition “Vivid Realism – By Hussain” at a special function held at the National Art Gallery this evening.
The exhibition features works that reflect Hussain Ali Manik’s artistic portrayal of Maldivian traditions and way of life. The First Lady also unveiled “Vivid Realism – My Journey Through the Colours of a Nation,” a publication that brings together the artist’s works in print.
Following the inaugural function, the First Lady toured the exhibition and signed the guestbook at the National Art Gallery.
