President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has today accepted the resignation of Ms. Shidhatha Shareef from the post of Minister of Gender, Family and Social Services.
Accepting Ms. Shareef’s resignation, the President thanked her for her service and wished her good fortune in future endeavors.
The President also decided to appoint Ms. Aishath Mohamed Didi presently ambassador (High Commissioner) in New Delhi as the Minister of Gender, Family and Social Services.
