President Dr Mohamed Waheed has, this afternoon, departed for Fonadhoo of Laamu Atoll, to participate in the National Day celebrations.
The President will address the nation at the special function to mark the National Day. The function will be held on Sunday morning.
Among the activities organised for the occasion include flag hoisting ceremony and a national forum.
