In his message, the President conveyed his deep sorrow at the tragic loss of life and widespread destruction caused by the devastating flash floods in Nepal.
On behalf of the Government and the people of the Maldives, President Dr Muizzed extended heartfelt condolences to the Prime Minister, the government, and the people of Nepal, particularly to the families who have lost their loved ones. The President extended well wishes to all those injured by the floods and expressed hope that they would make a full recovery.
President Dr Muizzu commended the ongoing rescue efforts of the emergency teams working tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of affected communities.
