The President's Office has held the fifth session of the Executive Development Program 2025–2027, an initiative aimed at senior officials serving in leadership positions across State institutions.

Held at the main auditorium of the Maldives National University (MNU), the session was attended by a large number of officials from Government ministries and institutions.

Today's session was delivered by Mohamed Kaleem, a highly accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in business, leadership training, and community engagement. In his lecture, Kaleem explored approaches to navigating the challenges that arise in leadership and governance.

The Executive Development Program is a two-year initiative led by the Political Appointees Performance Management and Capacity Development Section of the Political and Parliamentary Affairs Office at the President's Office, in collaboration with the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI) and the Foreign Service Institute of Maldives (FOSIM).
