President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has departed on a trip to the inhabited islands of South Ariatholhu.

During the visit, President Dr Muizzu is scheduled to meet with Island Councils, Women’s Development Committees (WDCs), and institutional heads to discuss community development priorities. He will also engage directly with residents to listen to their concerns and gain insight into their well-being.

As part of the tour, the President will visit ten inhabited islands: Dhan’gethi, Dhidhdhoo, Omadhoo, Dhigurah, Maamigili, Mandhoo, Fenfushi, Hangnaameedhoo, Mahibadhoo, and Kun’burudhoo.

This trip is part of the President’s initiative to visit all Maldivian atolls and maintain direct engagement with councils at island, atoll, and city levels.

The President is accompanied on this trip by Cabinet Ministers and senior officials from key Government institutions.
