His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu and His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, inaugurated Dhoshimeyna Building, the new office premises of the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF).
President Dr Muizzu welcomed Prime Minister Modi upon his arrival at the site. Prior to the inauguration, a video presentation showcasing the new premises was displayed.
The two leaders then jointly inaugurated the building and proceeded on a brief tour of the facility.
Located on Boduthakurufaanu Magu, the newly inaugurated premises form part of the Administration’s broader efforts to expand and modernise the capacity of the nation’s armed forces.
