His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu on Monday attended the official lunch hosted by His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister of Malaysia as a part of President Dr Muizzu's official visit to Malaysia. The lunch was held at the official residence of Malaysian Prime Minister.
Members of the Malaysian Delegation accompanying the Malaysian Prime Minister and members of the Maldivian official delegation visiting Malaysia also attended the function.
President Dr Muizzu's visit to Malaysia reflects the close, cordial ties between the two countries. Additionally, given the significant number of Maldivians living in Malaysia for various purposes, one of the key aims of this visit is to enhance collaboration in relevant areas, ensuring easier access to services for Maldivians and addressing their concerns.
