First Lady Sajidha Mohamed attended the closing ceremony of the Thireehaa Ranthari Quran Competition, organised by the Thireeha Institute for its students. The ceremony was held at the Islamic University Hall this evening.

During the ceremony, the First Lady handed prizes and trophies to the students who secured the first, second, and third positions in the recitation in the Quran in hand section and the recitation from memory section, as well as the first, second, and third winners of the entire competition.

The competition, divided into different age groups, was aimed at the students studying at the Thireehaa institutes. A total of 1,500 students competed in the competition.
