President Dr Mohamed Muizzu assured the Administration would deliver on all its pledges to Kan'ditheemu Island. He made the remarks while speaking with the residents of Sh. Kan'ditheemu Island today.
The President announced that the Administration is actively addressing harbour-related challenges and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting infrastructure development on the island. This includes road construction, expediting the efforts of constructing twelve new classrooms, providing office space, and establishing a multipurpose hall for the school.
In addition, the President committed to arranging for a paediatrician and a gynaecologist for the island's health centre.
The President also emphasised the Administration's plans to bring regional development by establishing a development zone in the four northernmost atolls.
