President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has appointed Uz Ahmed Nashath as the legal field member of the Privatization and Corporatization Board, exercising the authority granted to him by Law No. 3/2013 (Privatization, Corporatization, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Government Businesses Act).
Uz Nashath holds a Master of Laws in International Law from Middlesex University, UK. He previously held the position of State Counsel at the Attorney General’s Office before assuming this new role.
