Vice President Faisal Naseem has participated in the 4th segment of the 'HR Perspective Share' Event, sharing his expertise as a prominent and trusted leader of the Maldives tourism industry. The event was presented by the Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) as part of their HR Perspective Conversation series.

Speaking during the live online broadcast, Vice President Faisal Naseem highlighted on his experiences in the tourism industry over the years. He gave special precedence to showing his support for young and talented Maldivians to join the tourism industry and create a lucrative living for themselves. He advised young workers to be careful and attentive regardless of their job and to improve their efficiency by making the best use of their time during work hours. He also encouraged young workers to embrace good habits such as waking up early, showing enthusiasm towards their work and not considering any job to be beneath them.

Speaking further, Vice President Faisal Naseem noted successful tourism models from other countries to establish the value of developing human resources and investing in infrastructure and projects, and underscored some of the work undertaken by the Government in this regard. He stated that we should strive to have the maximum amount of Maldivians employed in jobs in the Maldives, especially in the tourism industry, and suggested ways to improve the educational and training opportunities available.

The Vice President also stated that this is a time for all Maldivians to unite and work together with patience and dedication to reinvigorate our nation's economy for the prosperity of our future generations.
