President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has this morning met with the Members of Kan’doodhoo Island Council of Kolhumadulu Atoll.
The Council members briefed the President on some of the pressing issues facing the island and on ongoing development projects, including the building of a new Health facility and resuming other projects which are on hold currently for various reasons.
The President noted their concerns and indicated that he would instruct all relevant ministries and agencies to give the council members all the assistance and support they need for their work.
