President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom and First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim have attended the ‘Fahi 913 Sports Festival’ this evening; a sporting event held to celebrate successful 913 days of the current Administration. The event was held at Kulhivaru Ekuveni Stadium.
At the ceremony, President Yameen handed over shields to the champion teams of the sports festival, which consisted of men's and women's futsel, handball, 3-on-3 basketball, bashi, and baibalaa. There was also a special running event and activities for children.
Members of the Cabinet, and senior officials of the Government also attended the "Fahi 913 festival.
