President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has departed to India this morning, to attend the awarding ceremony of the “Dr Kalam Puraskar for Excellence in Governance 2016”. The ceremony will be held at the Dr Kalam Smirthi at the Dale View, tomorrow, 27th of April 2016.
The Dr Kalam Puraskar is an annual award initiated by the Dale View Group of Institutions of India, to commemorate India’s Former President Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.
The first Dr. Kalam Puraskar will be conferred this year, to President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom.
