First Lady officially Inaugurates Special Campaign “Respect”

First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim has officially inaugurated a special campaign called “Respect” which was initiated by the Public Service Media (PSM). This campaign was officially inaugurated at a ceremony held at PSM building on Thursday evening.

“Respect” campaign was initiated and led by PSM in response to the President’s plea to instil respect in the society. The aim of this nation-wide campaign is to encourage Maldivian citizens to give respect and to earn respect.

During the inaugural ceremony, it was announced that along with Public Service Media, the national airline Maldivian, Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Economic Development also endorsed the special campaign.

First Lady was accompanied at the ceremony by Chairperson of Public Service Media Mr. Ibrahim Umar Manik along with other senior officials.
