Former President Maumoon departs to Oman, as special envoy of the President

 Former President, H. E. Maumoon Abdul Gayoom has departed to Oman, on Monday, as a special envoy of President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom.

During his visit, former President Maumoon will meet officials from Oman, and discuss ways to further boost the existing bilateral ties between the Maldives and Oman.
