President conveys condolences to the family of the Late Mr. Ahmed Moosa

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has extended his condolences to the family of late Mr. Ahmed Moosa (Champa), who rendered invaluable services to the nation.

In a telephone conversation with Mr. Ahmed Moosa’s family members, Mr. Mohamed Moosa (N.M.I.V) and Mr. Hussain Afeef (N.M.I.V), the President noted that it was with deep sadness that he received the news of late Mr. Ahmed Moosa’s passing. President also wished the family strength during this difficult time.

The Late Mr. Ahmed Moosa had contributed significantly to the sports and business sectors in the Maldives.

Mr. Ahmed Moosa passed away Thursday early morning at ADK Hospital. He was 72.
