Vice President Dr Mohamed Jameel Ahmed has today met with the business community of Qatar.
At a meeting attended by hoteliers, real estate brokers, and entrepreneurs of Qatar, discussions were held on the different areas where investment was open in the Maldives, especially in the areas of tourism, renewable energy, and transportation. It was also noted at the meeting, the importance of a business forum among Maldivian and Qatari entrepreneurs, on the investment opportunities in the Maldives.
