The President’s Office has met with representatives from independent institutions, to discuss ways to improve the efficiency and quality of public services.
Speaking at the meeting, Minister at the President’s Office Hon. Abdulla Ameen highlighted some problems faced by the people. Discussions at the meeting were focused on the immediate measures that could be taken to address those issues. In this regard, the Minister noted that the government gave highest priority to speed up the services provided from all public service institutions. He also said that good cooperation among government and independent institutions was important in order to achieve this objective.
