The President’s Office and CSTI hold the 12th session of the "Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme"

The Public Service Training Unit of the President’s Office and the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI), held the 12th session of the "Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme (EEEP) 2021-2023" on 31st March 2023.

This session titled “Get to the Next Level” was held at the Maldives National University (MNU) central auditorium. Mr. Masood Ali, expert speaker and trainer, member of The Les Brown Maximum Achievement Team and recipient of Global Training and Leadership Award led the session. His lecture highlighted the importance of setting goals and efficient ways to project one’s energy in a purposeful and intentional way in order to achieve the specific goals. Mr. Masood also emphasized various ways to reorganize one's own thoughts and emotions in a thoughtful and objective manner so that tasks and responsibilities can be accomplished more efficiently in personal and professional life.

High-ranking officials and political appointees from various government offices, independent institutions, and state-owned enterprises participated in this session.

Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme (EEEP) 2021-2023 was officially launched on December 27, 2021, by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to improve the skills and capabilities of political and executive-level staff in public offices. Local and international experts in relevant fields facilitates the two-year training programme.
