· The President’s Office and CSTI hold the eighth session of the "Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme"
The Public Service Training Unit of the President’s Office and the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI), held the eighth session of the "Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme (EEEP) 2021-2023" on Wednesday, 14 September, 2022. The session was held at the Business School of the Maldives National University (MNU).
Titled “Employee Engagement and Empowerment – keys to creating synergy” the session was facilitated by Mr. Adam Naseer, a John C Maxwell Certified Teacher, Trainer, Coach and a master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and timeline therapy, American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP). Mr. Naseer, is currently working as the General Manager of leadership and organization development at Maldives Airport Company Limited (MACL).
The session, attended by executive-level officials from government offices, independent institutions and state-owned enterprises, focused on creating a deeper understanding about employee engagement and strategies to empower employees through technologies like rapport building.
EEEP was officially launched on December 27, 2021, by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to improve the skills and capabilities of political and executive-level staff in public offices. Local and international experts in relevant fields would facilitate the two-year training programme.
