The President’s Office and CSTI hold the seventh session of the "Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme"
The Public Service Training Unit of the President’s Office and the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI) on Wednesday held the seventh session of the "Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme (EEEP) 2021-2023." The session was held at the Business School of the Maldives National University (MNU).
The session was themed "wellness and work-life balance." Attended by executive-level officials from government offices and independent institutions, the session focused on balancing work and personal life, practical time management skills, prioritizing tasks, and setting real and achievable goals. It was facilitated by wellness, and mental wellbeing coaches Hawwa Leesha and Mariyam Mohamed.
EEEP was officially launched on December 27, 2021, by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to improve the skills and capabilities of political and executive-level staff in public offices. Local and international experts in relevant fields would facilitate the two-year training programme.
