In this week’s radio address, the President will speak on the new draft penal code which is being debated at the People’s Majlis. He will share his views on, among other topics, penalties such as amputation and death penalty.
President Nasheed will also focus on the significance of the underwater cabinet meeting to be held on 17 October.
