President Mohamed Nasheed has extended greetings to the people of Maldives on the auspicious occasion of the commencement of the Holy month of Ramadan.
The President in his message said that Ramadan was an occasion to increase our good deeds. The President also highlighted the importance of helping the less fortunate.
The President sent Ramadan greetings to the leaders of Islamic countries and to the Heads of Islamic Organisations. The President has also been receiving greetings from them.
