In this week’s radio address, President Mohamed Nasheed will speak on the government’s current policy on reducing the state’s wage bill.

The President’s radio address will be broadcast on the Voice of Maldives at 10.15am.

The President will also speak on other issues such as the government’s plan to provide health insurance to all citizens in the Maldives starting from next month, as well as the bill on the privileges and immunities for former presidents.
