President appoints five members to the Tax Appeal Tribunal

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has appointed five members to the Tax Appeal Tribunal. They were appointed under Section 56 (a) (1) of Act No. 3/2010, in accordance with Section 11(a) of (Tax Administration Act).

Five members appointed to the Tax Appeal Tribunal are:
1. Hassan Nasih Mohamed, S. Hithadhoo
2. Uza Usaamaa Moosa, Sh. Komandoo
3. Uza Aishath Isha, Hulhumale’
4. Uza Shifza Abdul Gayyoom, GA. Nilandhoo,
5. Ahmed Yaameen, GDh. Gaddhoo

The five members were appointed to the Tax Appeal Tribunal on 29 November 2025, following the expiration of the tenures of the previous members.
