President Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with the Bodufolhudhoo Island Council to discuss the community's most pressing needs. The meeting was held at the Mathiveri Island Council Secretariat in North Ari Atoll tonight.
During the meeting, the Council highlighted the housing shortage faced by Bodufolhudhoo residents and requested the development of the island's harbour. They also stressed the importance of collaborating with teachers to address student behavioral issues at school.
Cabinet ministers accompanying the President shared the latest updates on the development projects being carried out on Bodufolhudhoo.
Speaking at the meeting, the President stated that he would look into the issues raised by the Council and noted that housing projects would be given high priority in next year's budget.
