President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has appointed two ministers to his Cabinet and the Attorney General. The appointment ceremony was held at the President's Office this afternoon.
At today's ceremony, Dr Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed was appointed as the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dr Ali Haidar Ahmed was appointed as the Minister of Housing, Land and Urban Development, and Uz Ahmed Usham was appointed as the Attorney General.
Cabinet ministers Dr Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed and Dr Ali Haidar Ahmed took their oaths of office before the Supreme Court Justice, Uz Husnu Al Suood.
Uz Ahmed Usham, the Attorney General, also took his oath of office before the Supreme Court Justice, Uz Husnu Al Suood.
