President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih on Wednesday appointed Hassan Mughnee to the post of State Minister in the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology. Before his new appointment, Hassan Mughnee served as the Managing Director of State Electric Company Ltd. (STELCO).
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Brandies International Business School, Massachusetts, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and Marketing from HELP University College, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
