President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih on Wednesday evening concluded his two-day tour of the South Miladhunmadulu Atoll and returned to Malé City. He made stops in Maafaru, Landhoo, Manadhoo, Magoodhoo, and Holhudhoo islands, holding meetings with community leaders and residents. He also inquired about the developmental plans and difficulties facing the respective islands.

During the tour of the islands, President Solih also visited public offices to meet the management and staff. He also inspected ongoing infrastructure development projects and inaugurated completed projects, including the new mosque and harbour developed on Landhoo Island, the new powerhouse built on Magoodhoo Island, and the newly renovated football grounds on Holhudhoo Island.

The President was accompanied on the visit by some members of his Cabinet and senior officials of the government.
