President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has today appointed Aminath Ummu Kulsoom as a member of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). Her Oath of Office was administered by Supreme Court Justice Uz. Mahaz Ali Zahir and her Letter of Appointment was presented to her by President Solih at a special ceremony held today at the President's Office.
Aminath Ummu Kulsoom completed her Masters in Project Planning and Management from Bradford University, United Kingdom. Prior to this appointment, she was employed as a Deputy Director at the National Centre for the Arts, administrated under the Ministry of Arts, Culture and Heritage. She had also previously held senior positions at the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Gender and the Ministry of Education.
