Vice President Faisal Naseem has visited the Southern Harbour area of Male' city this afternoon. The purpose of his visit to the area was to explore further possibilities to create easier access to the area.
During his brief visit to the area, the Vice President considered possibilities of improving accessibility to the harbour area and discussed options to enable easier access to the harbour from within the Male’ Industrial Zone without disrupting traffic flow on Boduthakurufaanu Magu.
Vice President Faisal Naseem was accompanied by the Minister of National Planning and Infrastructure, Mohamed Aslam, Deputy Mayor of Male’ City, Shamau Shareef, and senior representatives from Maldives Police Service and the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation.
