Vice President Faisal Naseem emphasized the importance of the Government working in partnership with the private sector in providing for citizens' needs. He expressed these sentiments while speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Dr Didi Dental and Medical Centre in Hulhumale’.
The Vice President took note of several invaluable contributions that Dr Didi has made to the medical field in the Maldives and expressed gratitude to Dr Didi on behalf of the President, himself, and the populace. He further stated that the physical size of the structure from where services are rendered is inconsequential to public opinion and that the most important element is the quality of services provided.
The Vice President ended his remarks by reiterating the high priority committed by the administration to promote public health and affirmed that the administration will continue to undertake several initiatives to significantly develop the health sector in the coming months and years.
