President appoints ACP Mohamed Hameed as Deputy Commissioner of Police, and assigns him as interim in-charge of Maldives Police Service

By the power bestowed upon the President under Article 54 (b) of the Police Act, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has today appointed Assistant Commissioner of Police Mohamed Hameed to the post of Deputy Commissioner of Police.

The President has also assigned Deputy Commissioner of Police Mohamed Hameed as the interim in-charge of the institution.
