President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has inaugurated the harbour of Hithadhoo Island Haddhummathi Atoll this morning.
At the ceremony, President Yameen unveiled the monument placed to commemorate the inauguration of the harbour.
During this tour, the President is scheduled to visit Maamendhoo Island and initiate the sewerage services of the island, visit Maabaidhoo Island and inaugurate the island’s harbour. Moreover, the President is also scheduled to visit Gan Island and inaugurate the Thundi District harbour and inaugurate the Haddhummathi link road. Moreover, President Yameen is also scheduled to visit Fonadhoo Island and initiate the island’s water services.
