President Mohamed Nasheed has received his membership card for Maldives Red Crescent, at a function held on Thursday at the President’s Office.
During the function with the MRC, represented by Secretary General Rasheeda Ali, President Nasheed said he was delighted to have become a member of the organization.
The President praised the work of MRC, and inquired about the projects planned by the organization. The President said government was ready to help the organization in whatever way possible.
