The new Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to the Maldives, Bader Ali Alkahail has presented his credentials to President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom, on Thursday morning.
At the ceremony held at the President’s Office to present the credentials, President Yameen congratulated Ambassador Bader Ali Alkahail on the commencement of his term.
Meeting the new Ambassador afterwards, the President and the Ambassador noted areas to be addressed in order to foster a good working relationship between Maldives and Saudi Arabia. This contains especially areas of Education and Economic Development.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dunya Maumoon, Legal Affairs Secretary at the President’s Office, Uza. Aishath Bisham and Under Secretary at the President’s Office, Mohamed Naseer.
