Uza Azima Shakoor appointed as Special Advisor to the President

President Dr Mohamed Waheed has appointed Uza Aishath Azima Shakoor as the Special Advisor to the President.

In addition, the President appointed Mr Ali Solih as the Minister of State for Fisheries and Agriculture. Mr Ali Solih was previously the Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture.

The President also appointed Mr Abbas Adil Riza as the Trade Representative in Guangzhou, China. Mr Abbas Adil Riza previously served as the Minister of State for Finance and Treasury.
