President Dr Mohamed Waheed today visited Madhrasathul Arabiyyathul Islaamiyya. During his visit to the school, the President toured the facilities and interacted with students in the classroom.
He also met with some members of the Parent-Teacher Association and the School Board. During the meeting, the President discussed the difficulties they face and the immediate measures that could be taken to address those issues.
Meeting the local press after his tour of the school, the President briefed the media on the discussions he held with the PTA and School Board. In this regard, he noted the need to upgrade the school library and laboratory. He announced that the school will be officially opened in the near future, with proper facilities.
