President Dr Mohamed Waheed and First Lady Madam Ilham Hussain have returned to Male’ after conclusion of their official visit to Kuwait. The President and First Lady arrived in the early hours of Thursday morning.
During his visit, the President met with Amir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber, Crown Prince of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Speaker of the National Assembly Ali Fahad Al-Rashed, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait His Excellency Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and the Kuwaiti Minister of Education Dr Nayef Al-Hajraf. The President also met with the business community of Kuwait as part of his visit.
