Vice President Dr Mohamed Waheed, while on vacation, has today visited Pengasih Rehabilitation Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The centre has in the past provided training to Maldivian staff and treatment to some Maldivian drug addicts.
During this visit the Vice President secured 35 seats for Maldivians.
The Vice President also met with the only Maldivian currently enrolled at the centre and discussed the effectiveness of the programme.
