President visits a photo exhibition organised by Bluepeace

During his visit to Copenhagen, President Mohamed Nasheed has yesterday visited VULNERABLE, a photo exhibition put up by the local environmental NGO, Blue Peace. The exhibit was held at Klimaforum in Copenhagen.
The President met with the representatives Mr Ahmed Eagan and Mr Saffah Faarooq, two members of the BluePeace. The President thanked the Bluepeace for their work and encouraged the group to continue their efforts to create greater awareness on the negative effects of climate change.
VULNERABLE, showcases the face of climate change in the Maldives. The exhibition documents the vulnerability of the islands of Maldives to climate change, through pictures from talented Maldivian photographers.
