President Mohamed Nasheed, as part of the tour to Laamu Atoll, has visited Isdhoo and met with the Island Council.
At the meeting, the President discussed ways to improve educational standard of students. In this regard, he discussed making Isdhoo School a single session school. The President also discussed linking Isdhoo and Dhanbidhoo by a causeway.
During his visit to Isdhoo, the President also visited the island’s health centre and the school. He also inspected the construction site of Isdhoo magistrate court.
