President Mohamed Nasheed has this morning attended the opening ceremony of the Scholars’ Seminar on religious issues.
The forum was organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, to hold deliberations and find common ground on conflicting views on religious issues.
The opening ceremony was held this morning at 8:30 at the Islamic Centre Function Hall.
A high number of Maldivian scholars are taking part in the two day seminar.
