President Mohamed Nasheed has this evening departed to Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates, to attend the jury meeting of Zayed Future Energy Prize.
Prior to his departure from Male’ at the official jetty, the President met with the local media and briefed on his trip to Abu Dhabi.
The President also highlighted the aid provided by the Zayed Future Energy Prize fund in the various developmental areas of the Maldives, saying that discussions were currently underway, of a development loan from the fund, for road construction and improvement.
