President Mohamed Nasheed today visited Dharavandhoo of Baa atoll and met with the people of the island.
The President’s remarks to the people were mainly on government’s commitment decentralization and delegating more powers to the people.
He also discussed the achievements in providing social security services to the people update of developmental projects and briefed on planned projects for the islands.
The President also spoke on government’s efforts to create more employment opportunities.
