His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu was accorded an official welcome today at Schloss Bellevue, the official residence of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Upon arrival, President Dr Muizzu was received by His Excellency Frank-Walter Steinmeier, President of the Federal Republic of Germany. Both Presidents inspected the Guard of Honour, after which members of the visiting delegation and German officials were introduced. President Dr Muizzu also signed the Visitors’ Book at Schloss Bellevue and took part in an official photograph with the President of Germany.
President Dr Muizzu is currently in Germany on an Official Visit at the invitation of the President of Germany. The visit coincides with the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Maldives and Germany.
