His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has extended greetings to His Excellency President Alar Karis, His Excellency Prime Minister Kristen Michal, the Government, and the people of Estonia, on the occasion of Estonia's Independence Day.
In his letters, the President reminisced about his official visit to Estonia in January, highlighting that this year marked a historic milestone in the friendship between the Maldives and Estonia. He reaffirmed the Maldives' commitment to further strengthening collaboration across various sectors in bilateral and multilateral fora.
President Dr Muizzu additionally extended his best wishes for the good health and wellbeing of the President and Prime Minister, as well as for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Estonia.
Estonia celebrates its Independence Day on February 24.
The President also shared a post on his official X account to mark the occasion.
